Youth Leadership Development Program: Youth Leadership Development Program for young gents and ladies ages 15-19. The Youth Leadership Development Program enables young gents and young ladies to become aware of and improve much needed social skills, and Christian values. It will also cover Christian character, job marketability skills, and much, much more. Regardless of social or economic background, developing self-confidence, Christian values, sensitivity and social responsibility will create a foundation for success. An emphasis is placed on the qualities of being considerate, courteous, respectful, and tolerant of others with the understanding that such qualities are a form of leadership. The training will prepare the students for a variety of situations by giving them instruction in proper behavior in social settings.
